As a leading supplier to the catering industry and major food service companies in the UK and Europe, Thistle Seafoods presents perfect fish and seafood solutions, from top quality battered fish fillets to luxury added value seafood products. We can produce everything from graded fillets and pressure formed fillets, to fish kievs and added value meal centres.

We are currently working in close partnership with hospitals and schools to offer healthy eating options and improve diet for our future generations.

Whilst we actively tender for major contracts throughout Europe and have extensive trading relationships with various cruise lines and the UK onshore and offshore oil industry, we also cater to the small customer and have facilities in place to offer products in split pallet loads.
