Our product range is by no means exhaustive. Thistle Seafoods have a fully equipped, fully staffed product development kitchen at our Boddam facility. Our dedicated team has an excellent record of success, with many new products becoming established lines.

Our NPD team welcome customer briefs and ideas for further development, and our excellent links with key suppliers, not only of fish but also coatings, sauces and vegetables, mean we are able to respond quickly.
