Quality
Thistle Seafoods Limited is a producer of high quality seafood products.
Company policy dictates that all products must not only satisfy all relevant legislation but they must also meet, or surpass, customer and consumer expectations. To achieve the above goals, the Company is totally committed to establishing a quality assurance programme and department that is both effective and has the authority to maintain these high standards.

Each employee is responsible for ensuring strict adherence to the company’s rules and guidelines in maintaining good standards of food safety.

Disciplines, standards and procedures will from time to time inevitably be reviewed and altered as deemed appropriate by quality control personnel. These reviews will be conducted in conjunction with production personnel and jointly agreed to.

All personnel should be made fully aware of this policy and be reminded that one lost sale to the consumer is not only a lost sale to our customer but also a lost sale to Thistle, and creates an atmosphere of distrust that is detrimental to our business both in the short and long term.
