The main part of our business is supplying frozen seafood products to retailers and Food Service companies. We also run a trading division specialising in the procurement of frozen at sea fillets and H&G cod and haddock from sites throughout Europe and Asia. Operations are run from a modern, 60,000 square foot factory with a freezing capacity of 100 tonnes per day. All of the facilities are accredited to the highest BRC Grade A standards and there are extensive NPD, QC, laboratory and cold-storage facilities on site. The Company currently supplies to major retailers and food service
companies in the UK, as well as Europe and North America, with
sales in excess of £60m per annum. |
